Razorpay, in partnership with IndusInd Bank, has launched an AI powered account manager named “RAY” on WhatsApp.
The service enables enterprises to manage payments, transactions, settlements, and customer support through a chat-based interface. It is to be noted that Bajaj Finserv is among the first corporate entities to use the live functionalities of the platform.
Razorpay, an omnichannel payments platform, has partnered with RBL Bank to launch a Multi-Currency Exchange Earners’ Foreign Currency (EEFC) account.
The account enables exporters and international businesses to retain their earnings in foreign currencies and manage global payments efficiently without immediate conversion into Indian Rupees (INR).
Bengaluru-based Razorpay, a payments technology company, has launched an AI model named “Vulcan” to improve payment success rates and detect fraudulent activities. The model has been trained on a dataset of 4 billion transactions to identify patterns and mitigate risks.
Razorpay has integrated with Google Pay to facilitate international payments for Indian businesses. It is the first domestic Payment Aggregator (PA) to offer a card-based wallet experience for cross-border transactions through the platform.
Razorpay has partnered with OpenAI to integrate the payment infrastructure of Razorpay into Codex, the coding platform of OpenAI. This collaboration enables developers to build and monetize AI applications using a single natural language prompt.
